About AutoRFP

AutoRFP is an AI-native RFP software platform built for technology, healthcare, and financial services companies. They help teams respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and due diligence requests in a fraction of the time using AI.

They operate in a highly specific category, selling into enterprise and government-facing teams where the buying process is very complex.

Challenge

AutoRFP is an early-stage company growing quickly, tripling revenue year over year. But their marketing team was lean: effectively Rob (Demand Gen/RevOps) and Japer (CEO) splitting time across multiple functions.

Organic search had already been a key growth channel. They were ranking well for core, high-intent keywords like “AI RFP software.”

But growth was uneven.

They struggled to expand beyond those core terms into:

  • Mid-funnel keywords
  • Broader category terms like “RFP software”
  • High-volume, competitive search terms

At the same time, they had started experimenting with AI search early in 2025. They saw early signals, but didn’t have the structure or bandwidth to scale it.

They needed more coverage across the full funnel, a structured approach to SEO and a way to double down on AI search before it became saturated.

How They Found Scalerrs

The team evaluated multiple agencies. What stood out was Scalerrs’ early focus on AI search and LLM visibility.

AutoRFP had already started investing in this area. They needed a partner who has solid playbooks on how to show up in AI search, get more brand mentions than competitors and ensure that LLMs position them accurately.

Scalerrs fit their expectations and they started working together in September 2025.

Strategy

First, we dived deep into AutoRFP’s ICP. They were enterprise teams dealing with RFPs, DDQs, and security questionnaires. The content had to speak that language or it wouldn't convert.

From that foundation, we mapped out AutoRFP's golden keywords: the high-intent commercial terms their buyers search when they're actively evaluating solutions. Then we built a SEO and AI search strategy around them

  • On the SEO side, we went after every high-value category term we could own on SERP (starting with BOFU keywords)
  • On the AI search side, we reverse-engineered exactly what sources AI models pull from when a buyer types a prompt. Reddit threads, blogs, review sites—every source citing our target keywords. Then we created content across those channels targeting the core keywords.

Since LLMs pull from the same content ranking on Google, every keyword we ranked for on Google would feed AI search at the same time.

Content

AutoRFP already had strong footing on a few core keywords. But they struggled to rank for high-volume, competitive, non-branded broader top of funnel and middle of funnel keywords like "RFP software" and "DDQ software". So we wrote content targeting those specific keywords.

The ICP was nuanced, a technical audience with a low tolerance for generic content. But Scalerrs got up to speed fast and understood the ICP without any hand-holding.

We wrote blogs that answered the exact questions AutoRFP’s buyers had, but we also structured them to hit what LLMs specifically look for: comparison content, table formats, real reviews, and real case studies.

AutoRFP had already started building for LLM visibility in February 2025. But we came in and scaled it so AutoRFP shows up consistently across AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.

As a result, we saw 2x increase in-bound leads since September, with users saying they found AutoRFP through AI tools.

Reddit

We took an omni-channel approach with Reddit, targeting threads ranking for AutoRFP’s core category terms. We used employee accounts, joined discussions happening in their vertical, and provided genuine value before mentioning the product.

As a result, we saw an increase in:

  • Google rankings, since Reddit threads rank higher in search results.
  • AI search visibility, since LLMs frequently pull from Reddit threads when answering questions

Link Building

AutoRFP had a separate link building agency but it only made sense to bring the entire SEO workflow under one roof. Because we also run the SEO strategy and content, every link placement was connected to a specific page, a specific keyword, and a specific ranking goal.

We built links from high-authority, relevant domains like Breakcold, Concord, Lyzr, CultureMonkey, Luzmo and more.
