Lyssna (formerly UsabilityHub) is a user research and usability testing platform designed for, researchers, and product teams to gather fast, actionable feedback. It helps validate designs, improve user experience (UX), and optimize websites through methods like card sorting, tree testing, prototype testing, and surveys.
